配送業者は日本郵便となります。商品の配送は、「チルドゆうパック」にて、着払いにてお届け致しております。
着払いの送料は「ゆうパック運賃＋保冷料金」となります。
宅配BOXへの配送のご希望は、承ることができませんので予めご了承ください。

お届け希望日がございましたら、ご注文日から5日以降の選択が可能です。また、時間帯指定も可能です。配送希望日を指定しない場合は、できるかぎり最短で発送致します。

☑商品在庫について
当店では店頭販売も行っておりますため、ホームページ上の在庫数に実在庫が反映されるのに時間がかかることがございます。万が一、ご注文いただいたにもかかわらず在庫切れの場合は担当者からメールにて至急ご連絡いたします。
商品在庫状況・受注状況によっては、お届け希望日及び時間帯指定のご希望に添えない場合もございますので予めご了承ください。

当店より商品発送後、事故や悪天候など配送中のトラブルで配送希望日時にお届けできない場合がございます。また、上記のような場合であっても、商品の返品・キャンセルはできませんので、ご了承ください。
☑Shipping
We typically make use of recycled boxes. Gift wrapping will be available soon at an additional fee. The shipping company we use is Japan Post Co., Ltd. We use COD service for ‘Chirudo Yuupakku (refrigerated package)’ so customers are responsible for shipping fee(s).
‘Chirudo Yuupakku (refrigerated package)’ will consist of 2 separate charges. ‘Yuupakku fee (Japan Post shipping fee) plus Refrigerated fee’. JP Post will require a signature and will not deliver to a mailbox.

You can request a delivery date starting 5 days after your order. You can also request the timing of delivery as shown below.
If you do not request a preferred delivery time, you will receive it at the earliest date/time possible (minimum 48 hrs).
☑Shipping
After an order is shipped, we send an email. You are able to order on Sundays and on Mondays but we do not ship on those days.
☑Inventory
The number of available products might not be updated immediately since we share our inventory with our retail shop. If any of the products are not available even though you have ordered them, we will email you as soon as possible to discuss a suitable solution (refund, replacement, etc.).
We may not be able to meet your requirement on your requested delivery date/time if we need to make a change to the order.
☑Others
After an order is shipped, the delivery might be delayed due to reasons beyond our control (bad weather, an accident, etc.) In this case, we are not able to refund or cancel an order.
